Fees

Registration for a Buy Search: £1,000.00

Registration for a Rental Search: £500.00

Registration Fees are deductable from the Success Fee

BUY - Success Fee: (payable on Exchange of Contracts)
1% of the Purchase Price (or a pre-agreed fixed fee)

RENTAL - Success Fee: (payable on Exchange of Documents)
1 months rent.

Search fees are for 3 months information and advice, and is non-refundable should a search be delayed or postponed.

We would be pleased to quote our services upon application.

*Depending on the complexity of the transaction, we may request expenses, to be agreed before the Search commences.
